The 3 step quick guide to nuud:

1. Application
Apply nuud under your arm whenever you feel like it. Before of after you shower, morning or evening, while dancing of when you play the bagpipe. All good with us.

2. Amount
Nuud is super concentrated. A pea size blob per armpit is enough

3. Frequency
You'll need to experiment the first couple of times. Some people exercise heaps and only reapply once a week. Some people chill loads and need to pop it on every every other day. The average is 2-3 days. You'll still be super happy to learn that showering and sports don't impact the effectiveness of nuud.

Detox from the Old
You might, and we say might, notice that your body needs to detox from conventional deodorants. They've been masking and blocking for years. Those days are over now and soon after-effects will be gone too.

Notes for New Users
– Some people have to detox for a short period to let nuud become effective
– Most people experience that nuud become more effective as they use it longer
– Find your frequency and nuud will work for you
– Nuud does not clog your armpits (we believe sweating is healthy), but takes care of bacteria there
