Shipping Policy
Payment COD.
Shipping Luzon to VizMin 10-15 days.
Items/products/materials will be well packed accordingly. With proper labelling of our Store Name, address, contact number of the shipper and the receiver.
Extra request for packaging will be charge separately if outside the scope of our packaging. 
Damage due to negligence, mishandling of the items/products/materials is not our responsibility.
The shipping/courier company will shoulder the cost of the items/products/materials and delivery cost for any damages may seen, subject to investigation.
Once your order are shipped out, we are no longer in control of the delivery. But we can help you track and follow-up the whereabouts of your shipment.
Shipper is not responsible to any damage due to Act of God, natural calamities, in the event of war or chaos, and force majeure.
Warranty of items/products/materials are based in the product warranty indicated and claimed.

Return/Replacement/Refund Policy
We only accept Returned/Refund/Replacement, after 30 minutes upon acceptance of the delivery of the items/products/materials.
For Returned/Refund/Replacement items/products/materials, it should be intact, with it's original packaging, form, apperance and in good quality condition. 
Returned/Refund/Replacement policy will be entertain only with the same items/products/materials.
Item for Returned/Refund/Replacement due to change of mind will not be entertain and accepted.
Returned/Refund/Replacement is subject to the availability of stocks of the items/products/materials.
Returned/Refund/Replacement of items/product/materials once proven that we are at fault of the damages.
All refund/replacement are subject to investigation and approval.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of items/products/materials are not acceptable once we shipped out your order.
Cancellation of items/products/materials due to change of mind are not acceptable once we shipped out your order.
In case of cancellation of items/products/materials after order confirmation, the customer shall be billed for cancellation charges 75% of the order value or value deemed appropriate by us, and further approval by management.
